The Incident Operations Manager (IOM) is the duty Bronze Commander for the worlds busiest single runway airport. Leading operational preparedness across the campus and ensuring the correct and measured response to any incident occurring. Working with all stakeholders and Gatwick Airport departments to deliver the best possible passenger experience.
Luke Mosley has 18 years working in aviation, starting with easyJet in the Airport Operations team. In 2003, he moved to Bristol Airport holding various roles in Customer Services, Terminal Operations and Ground Transportation. In 2011 he then moved to Southampton Airport as Airport Duty Manager with day-to-day responsibility for the entire airport operation. Luke joined Gatwick Airport in 2015, initially working as Airside Operations Manager for 2 years, and now in his current role of Incident Operations Manager.
