Utilities Specialist – Network Rail

As Utilities Specialist you will provide specialist utilities support to the business including information management, delivery of projects and inspection of assets.

Some Key Accountabilities; 

Maintain accurate asset knowledge in the utilities database to keep the wider businesses informed.

Investigate billing and supply issues and advise on solution to maintain continuity of supply for operation of the network and minimise costs.

Establish consumption and negotiate on-charging and off-charging fiscal liabilities for TOCs, FOCs and other third parties so that costs are recovered fairly and risks are minimised.
