Life after Y11 can be confusing and daunting… Help is still available
At Holgate Meadows and Heritage Park we are committed to providing our students with personalised and independent advice and guidance, to prepare for life beyond the school gates.
We want to empower our students to plan and manage their own future, no matter what stage of career development they are currently at.
We will support them by responding to their needs and interests, by opening doors to experiences and opportunities that help them to progress and showing them that there are many opportunities and pathways for everyone to achieve success.
All staff contribute to CEIAG provision as form tutors, pastoral leaders and subject teachers. Specialist sessions are delivered by teachers and support staff with CEIAG responsibilities. The CEIAG programme is planned, monitored, and evaluated by the Careers Leader in consultation with Sheffield Futures and the Job Centre Plus.
