I am Megan Williams, the Early Careers Manager at Kier. I have working in this business for over 3 years. Although I have worked in HR for 6 years, it wasn’t originally what I had planned to do when I left university in 2013 after completing my Degree in Marine Biology. I go my first role in administration after university and found my love for Learning and Development.
