Assembly Technician

To assemble catering trolley’s using appropriate tools and methods and to meet the required output
To ensure that all quality, health, safety and environmental requirements are met at all times and to report any issues that arise during the process
To provide training and support to other less experienced members of the team.
•Review the requirements for a particular job
•Gather the relevant parts with the help of the Team Leader
•Ensure that they meet the required specificationPerform each step of the process from base assembly through to final assembly in a careful and safe manner
•Monitor the product ensuring that it is meeting the required specifications
•Raise any issues or concerns with the Team Leader or Workshop Manager
•Provide cover and support when other Assembly Technician’s and Bonding Technician are absent
