Monday – Friday (NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS)
Altrincham or Glasgow
Salary £18,865 + commission

ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for confident, resilient people with a passion for excellent customer service, a talent for upselling and great at rapport building.
• Responsible for outbound calls setting up direct debits with existing customers
• Display a friendly, confident manner, excellent communication skills and a real ability to build a rapport with customers
• Ability to upsell the benefits of new products to existing customers
• Ability to explain to customers what a direct debit is, and its benefits
• Using your initiative to create original solutions to problems
• Promoting company brand image positively
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge ensure all customer queries can be answered
• Provide a high level of customer service; being appreciative and understanding each individual’s needs.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Excellent customer service skills, with previous experience in contact centre position highly desirable
• A proven record in upselling products with existing customers
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to work both as a team and as an individual
• Ability to work towards office targets and KPI’s
• The ability to use initiative and manage your time effectively
• Strong self-management skills
• Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team
• Knowledgeable on MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast -paced environment
