Sales Trainee (working from home)

We’re excited to be hiring two Sales Trainees to join our growing team. This role is only available to people eligible to work as part of the Government’s Kickstart Scheme.

What you’ll be doing

This is a rare opportunity to work directly with one of the Founders of Beelivery in order to help generate new business deals and market growth.

You will be sourcing and contacting grocery stores as well as taxi companies to present the Beelivery pitch and to create potential partnerships.
You will gather market and customer information and provide feedback on trends.
You will focus on building long-term relationships and maintaining those relationships by acting as a business consultant throughout the partnership.
This is a home-based position.
You will operate within the Company Values.

Job requirements
For this role you will need:

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.
Sales orientation and negotiation skills.
Excellent telephone manner.
Self-motivation and drive.
A confident and determined approach.
Experience of working in sales or customer service, ideally in an online retail environment.
Excellent communication and team working skills with the ability to work with and influence others within a culture of Continuous Improvement.
To own a computer with a high-speed internet connection.

What are the working hours?
You’ll work 25 hours per week. The times will be agreed between us upon joining.

Where is this role based?
You’ll be working full-time from home. This is UK only.
