Support Worker & Support Worker Waking Nights

£19,849 per annum pro rata (based on a 39 hour working week)

We are looking for resilient and friendly Support Workers to join a team that works in partnership with people who use our services, to enable them to live as independently as possible and to be part of their local community. As a Support Worker you will encourage the health and well-being of the people that you support, through enabling them to be involved in a range of activities chosen by the person supported.

At Autism Initiatives we work alongside people with autism, providing specialist services tailored to each individual. Experience is not essential, but a genuine passion for providing person centred support as well as a positive attitude, is key to being successful in this role.

In return, we will provide you with ongoing training and development, including supporting you to obtain your Diploma Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care. Given the nature of this role, successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure, the cost of which will be met by Autism Initiatives.
