Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd (CCDG) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Welsh Government. We deliver a remit set by Welsh Ministers and provide the all-age, independent, impartial and bilingual Careers Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG) service in Wales.

Our vision is for all young people to move smoothly and successfully into employment and for adults to be inspired to take control of their careers.

Are you interested in working in partnership with STEM businesses and employers to help identify how they can engage with education to raise learners’ awareness of the changing nature of the world of work, the skills needed and the opportunities that are available within STEM?

The successful applicant will identify, establish and sustain positive relationships with a network of employers and their professional bodies to support the delivery of employer engagement services to schools across North West Wales.

The successful applicant will also work with a caseload of Year 7-13 participants from across the schools to raise their awareness of the opportunities that arise within STEM.

The ability to work through the medium of Welsh is essential for this role.

Successful applicants will be required to have an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
