The Role of the Community Lead is to support residents and communities through different stages of VM build.
Some of the roles and responsibilities include:
- You will drive customer advocacy by supporting residents and bringing a sense of belonging.
- You will need to meet the Key Performance Indicators and goals, agreed within the CLL Framework to drive success within your areas
- Ensure the engagement approach is aligned to Local Authorities, Regional Affairs and other areas within Virgin Media
- Understand and deliver the digital inclusion strategy across all communities
