Have you considered a career in education? Could you inspire young people with learning disabilities to grow and develop? Every day is different but one thing is the same: the sense of achievement you will feel as you watch young people blossom into adulthood.

Our Teaching Assistants work mostly out in the community rather than in a classroom setting. You will deliver bespoke education programmes to the learners you’re working with. You’ll support them to work towards their education targets and learn practical life skills such as ICT, shopping, cooking etc. Some young people attend work experience or college.
