How would you like to be a Team Leader at Network Rail?

Blog
Network Rail is at the heart of revitalising Britain’s railway. From Crossrail – Europe’s largest civil engineering project– to investment in passenger stations and major programmes of electrification, we are involved in some of the most ambitious and diverse ventures that this country has ever seen.

Our route covers key lines for commuter, cross-country and long-distance travel both north-south and east-west for both passenger and freight services.

From establishing safety arrangements to checking the quality of work, you’ll direct and inspire the success of a team involved in everything from inspection and faulting, through to maintenance and renewal.

We’ll look to you to direct, organise and motivate a high performing team. From inspection and faulting through to maintenance and renewal, you’ll play a hands-on role. You’ll make sure everything is done efficiently and to the highest standards. Safety will be a priority.
