We are looking for a team of 15 staff to join our new service in Wrexham. We have both full and part-time positions across a range of shifts.
We are looking for people to join a team supporting four individuals move into their new homes. These individuals have diagnoses of mild to severe learning difficulties, autism, communication delay, health conditions and complex needs. They require their staff to be resilient, fun, understanding, hardworking, consistent, confident and caring. They require a wide range of support with personal care,managing medication and finances, supporting them to access the community, learn new skills , maintaining relationships with family and friends, adapt current skills and live a life that makes sense to them.
You don’t need experience to become a Support Worker but it’s not easy. The work can be demanding and challenging at times but no two days are the same and the reward of seeing YOUR personal impact is incredibly inspiring – it’s something you’ll never forget.
