We know that in these challenging times as businesses are having to close, their staff will be looking for additional, or new, employment opportunities. At the same time, some of our regular staff are having to self-isolate.

You’ll be supporting women who have learning disabilities, autism and complex behaviours. They need support with a range of activities from the everyday living needs and ‘must dos’ (such as assisting with medications, supporting with attending health and medical appointments), through to the lighter side of life doing things like becoming involved with the local community, shopping, baking, walking, swimming, listening to music, watching movies and socialising with family and friends. Over time, you’ll help them become more independent. There is also some personal care involved with these roles.
Our home operates 24/7 and shifts are organised well in advance and worked on a rota basis. Shifts will include evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
