The Hotel at Mill Farm has an opportunity for an experienced Bar person to join the Food and Beverage team. Situated in the Lancashire village of Kirkham, The Hotel at Mill Farm is just a minutes’ drive from Junction 3 of the M55 and only 15 minutes’ drive to the seaside
resorts of Blackpool and Lytham St Annes.

This unique 18 bedroom boutique hotel offers a range of dining options for guests to enjoy from a leisurely lunch in Bradleys Sports Bar or Aroma café to cocktails or dinner in Milano’s Mediterranean restaurant. All restaurants only serve food prepared with locally sourced produce.

Candidates should have previous experience of working in a busy environment and be able to deliver excellent customer service to our guests.
There are a variety of shift patterns on offer, so will suit those looking for casual or full-time work.

Responsibilities include:
 Greeting and seating customers
 Taking orders for food and drink
 Serving food
 Serving alcohol
 Cleaning and resetting tables
 Preparing cheques and processing payments

We are looking for well presented, energetic, enthusiastic and hard-working
individuals who take pride in delivering a high level of customer service at all times. If
this sounds like you then we want to hear from you!
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Venues: Milano’s restaurant, Bradleys Sports Bar, Churchills Events
Salary: Up to £10.00 per Hour
