Within this role, you will be primarily responsible for the undertaking of contract and cost administration required on all Network Expansion Infill projects.

 

What will you be accountable for?

  • Providing cost management support on contracts across multiple VM business units.
  • Preparing of Work Order Contract Data Part 1 for projects and annual programmes of work.
  • Ensuring all projects have gone through the Early Contractor Involvement process.
  • Assessing and validating payment applications, variations, and final accounts from contractors to ensure submissions are compliant.
  • Performing spot audits on previously approved payments/variations/final accounts and feedback to business units.
  • Supporting the Build Manager in reviewing contractor quotations for Compensation Events on projects.
