Key Tasks
- Continuously adopt an innovative mindset to position the Talent Intelligence team to be a strategic trusted partner within the business ecosystem
- Partner and collaborate with other Talent Intelligence Consultants to ensure best practices are deployed across the region
- Identify current candidate landscape across global regions that will help position SAP’s employer brand and potential job roles attractiveness vs market
- Develop an external candidate mapping of diverse top passive candidates across SAP line of businesses
- Ensure internal high-potential employees are visibly mapped for internal career opportunities
