Wellbeing Weeks with Winsford Academy is a 5 week programme all about looking after your Mental Health and Wellbeing. Each session will last an hour and will happen twice weekly on this Learn Live link. These sessions will help develop motivation, resilience, kindness, fitness and combat stress, worry, anxiety and low mood that may have occurred through this pandemic. We want to provide you with the tools and techniques to make the most of the present and to look to the future, in a healthy manner to assist with learning and school work- whatever that capacity might be. We have sessions from a world champion, leading motivational speakers, University of Chester staff, Higher Horizons staff and the wonderful staff at The Winsford Academy. Designed to support businesses as they face the challenges of adapting business models, moving services online and increasing their adoption of technology due to the impact of Covid-19, The Juice Academy’s new remote-learning offering aims to equip apprentices with the strategic social media and practical content creation skills needed to aid a business’s future competitiveness.
